Hi, I’m Tonya.

Years ago, I was asked to co-lead women’s leadership programming nationally at a Fortune 25 global financial services firm (where I was also leading professional development initiatives in Operations).

I couldn’t believe what I saw: women a level or two above me asking the most basic questions about navigating their career, including strategies like raises and leading boldly. No one had ever taught them how to advocate for themselves, or how that builds influence and confidence at any level.

Equipping them globally has been my quest ever since!
