A fierce advocate for rising talent, Tonya draws from her diverse background in bilingual and higher education, banking, and business, making her a uniquely versatile speaker who connects with audiences across industries, languages, and cultures. Her commitment to advancing women spans over 25 years of non-profit board service for causes close to her heart. Offstage, Tonya brings her same zest to fitness, exploring new places with family and friends, and even taking her feisty fur baby, Meow Meow, for daily walks.

A Lasting Impact in Our Communities

We teamed up with Tiggett & Co. to build a unique eight-part leadership curriculum for our workforce readiness clients—survivors of human trafficking. For many of them, this is their first step into the workforce. With this new program, designed by Tonya and her team, our clients are learning essential power skills like building confidence, communication, and interviewing. It’s giving them a solid foundation, a growth mindset, and the tools they need to succeed.
