A Lasting Impact in our Communities
We not only give back, but also give forward. That’s why we support a number of community initiatives and events by personally serving on boards and committees, providing funds, mentoring, and training future leaders to together grow a stronger and more prosperous community.
We teamed up with Tiggett & Co. to build a unique eight-part leadership curriculum for our workforce readiness clients—survivors of human trafficking. For many of them, this is their first step into the workforce. With this new program, designed by Tonya and her team, our clients are learning essential power skills like building confidence, communication, and interviewing. It’s giving them a solid foundation, a growth mindset, and the tools they need to succeed.
