Tonya Tiggett

For our 2023 Together Digital National Conference, we brought Tonya in to lead a Lead with Confidence workshop, and it was truly transformative. The session, led by Tonya, focused on self-advocacy, and she exceeded our expectations. The interactive piece, where our attendees physically explored our emotions related to “bragging,” was eye-opening. The exercise revealed the impact of their emotional mindset on how we (women specifically) communicate strengths, shape our brand and influence opportunities.

Tonya’s insightful questions throughout the workshop were invaluable, prompting deep reflection on our attendee’s career goals. The unlikely dedicated time for introspective work allowed them to clarify their aspirations. The introduction of the CENTS tool – Context, Emotion, Numbers, Timing, Sincerity – was a practical highlight that went beyond job interviews, serving as a comprehensive guide for effective communication of skills, navigating performance discussions, and constructing a brand based on strengths and results. I highly recommend Tonya’s workshop for anyone seeking a profound leadership experience.
